This blog post is in response to Natalie’s 10 Day Freedom Plan Blog Challenge Day 7

What would it be like to get up and go outside for a walk every morning for the next 30 days?

Some days it would feel fantastic and others it would be the last thing I’d feel like doing, and not because of the weather but because it isn’t the most important thing I should be doing.

And that is the fallacy.

Life is better with variety and with good health and fitness.

Work and whatever it entails can be all-consuming and that is not healthy. It might be enjoyable, immersive, engrossing, satisfying, but it is not everything. It is not the most important thing all the time.

So if I could feel the freedom to walk away from it at the start of every day, that would be liberating.
