I am such a sucker for anything that I think will help me do better, be better, feel better.

Don’t get me wrong. I have a great life and I am very thankful. But I have always had my eye on the places where I could be better.

I’m trying a 10-day challenge on this topic, but also tied to blogging. This is my first post.

It’s here on this brand-new blog for reasons I will explain later.

For now, I have an assignment to do, and this is it: Write down the top 2 or 3 things holding me back from living my ideal lifestyle.

  1. I’m healthy but I’m not fit.
  2. I give away my time too freely.
  3. I carry a lot of baggage: mental clutter, ongoing commitments that are irrelevant, papers that I don’t need to keep, mushrooms that really don’t have to be stuffed.
